- ballet barre exercise - involves gradual acquisition of ballet concepts and exercises
- practical exercise develops dancing skills, coordination in space, ability to work with rhythm and harmonisation with other children in the group, practising simple dance variations.
An individual approach is guaranteed by the small number of children in each group as well as by professional instructors of classical dance.

Exercise for babies aged 6-9 months and 10-12 months

Babies develop in the right way by moving, and proper exercise can positively affect their overall development. Exercise is beneficial not only for their health but also for their psychological well-being and it improves contact between a parent and child. When practising, we create a stimulating environment for children and offer them new possibilities. They learn to move and manage their movement. Together with parents, we are looking for ways to encourage children to creatively work with their body, equipment and toys. We always help them achieve what they want and what they are heading towards.
They exercise with large and small fit-balls, on mats and hands. We implement various massage techniques and stimulating activities appropriate for young children. All of this is done with children’s songs and nursery rhymes playing in the background.
Organisation details: A session lasts 45 minutes and there are a maximum of 7 children in a group. Please bring comfortable clothes and things you need to care for your baby. Everything else is at your disposal.

Exercise for children aged 1 to 1.5 years, 1.5 to 2 years, 2 to 2.5 years, 2.5 to 3 years

Classes are based on simple exercises helping maintain the elasticity and flexibility of developing children. We utilise a child’s natural need for movement. Exercising in the right way will ensure the healthy development of all muscle groups and joints. The kid will gradually feel in line with their body, they will be more confident standing on their feet and react to stimuli from surroundings. The older the children, the more detailed moves and wider range of motion we implement. We exercise with fit-balls or without them, with various equipment such as small balls, hoops, climbing frames, ribbons, balance discs...
We mainly focus on natural motor development but also on development of the intellectual and language areas. Children exercise in a playful way while listening to children’s songs and nursery rhymes. Last but not least, we also develop social skills; the child is in the company of other children, respecting the teacher as a new authority, adapting to the pace of the group.
Organisation details: A session lasts 60 minutes. Parents, grandparents, foster parents... (anyone who comes up with the child to exercise) are actively involved in the class, exercising with their children. Children exercise in comfortable breathable clothes, barefoot or in lightweight footwear, not in tights so that they can take off their socks during foot stimulating activities.

Movement - dance training for 3 year olds

At the beginning, the activities are based on what children already know and gradually new and unknown exercises are added. Playful exercises and little targeted stimuli are designed to lead children to better awareness of their body and overall coordination.
Emphasis is on the quality of movement. Children learn to stand on their feet, get greater stability and ease of movement, and use their body more efficiently. We increase their flexibility and elasticity. We teach them how to breathe better, coordinate their bodies in space, perform primary movement patterns, get in a line or in pairs, reverse, sit Indian style...
Our goal is the coordinated movement of a child during an ordinary day. We deliberately provide such stimuli in which children discover movement coordination and integrate it in their locomotive behavior. Through discovering, they can learn to alter different movements, try different variations and thus gradually deepen confidence in their own body.
With loving support, we try to create space for play and exercise, for their own ideas and help them do what they want on their own. To achieve this, we use mainly dance and music, but also musical-movement games, rhythmic exercises, a number of tools, such as balls, musical instruments, hoops, ribbons, obstacle courses, and balance discs.
Organisation information: A session lasts 50 minutes. Parents are not present in the classes. Children exercise in comfortable breathable clothes. Gym shoes are recommended (shoes with hard and slippery soles are not suitable). Children should bring something to drink to the classes. Chains, bracelets, necklaces must not be worn during exercising.

Belly dances

In Slovakia, the most frequently taught dance is the Egyptian belly dance, as well as various folk styles and stage versions of Raqs Sharqi (classical oriental dance). In our studio, you are going to learn the BT methodology which is adapted to European conditions and way of thinking. Classes also contain authentic features, such as Arabic rhythms, sometimes accompanied by a drummer (darbuka).
After mastering the basic movements of the pelvis and chest, we use some classical dance and show dance features to make the belly dance more dynamic and to make better use of space. Advanced courses include choreography creation and practice for performances and competitions; however, participation in these is not obligatory.
Belly dancing is the key to femininity, uniqueness, grace, sexuality, openness, joy and last but not least, to healthy back muscles, pelvis, pelvic floor and female organs.

Tribal Fusion

Tribal Fusion is a modern phenomenon that originated in the late 1990s. It is a diverse, rapidly evolving dance style which blends the traditional with the modern. It is based on American Tribal Style Bellydance (ATS) which combines the elements of the folk dances of the Middle East and North Africa with some variations of ethnic dances such as flamenco or dances of India.  And as the name "fusion" suggests, it is a fusion of ATS and various dance styles (e.g. hip hop, poppin, contemporary dance ...).
Tribal Fusion is well-known for its power and energy, as well as greater flexibility of the dancers; particular emphasis is put on movement control by using muscles.  It is a dance of contrasts, where slow movements alternate with fast ones in a smooth way, dancers often appear to be boneless, snaky, using a strongly accented style of dancing full of isolated body movements. It is a modern style of belly dance that combines its own features, such as figure-eights, circles, body waves, with typical ATS features, like lifted chest, arm movements, high elbows, controlled movements, and isolation. Characteristic sharp accents such as pops, locks are inspired by hip-hop styles.
